Bookkeeper
Job Description
A manufacturing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Duties:
- Maintain records of financial transactions by utilizing QuickBooks software to establish accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring legal requirement compliance
- Establish a chart of account, balance accounts, and maintain records
- Prepare a trial balance, financial reports, reconcile entries, and maintain general ledger
- Comply with federal, state, and local requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
- Must have at least 3 to 4 years previous bookkeeping experience
- Must be proficient using QuickBooks with accurate data entry skills
- Must have strong analyzing skills while dealing with complexity
- Must be highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
