Berry Fresh Café, a Breakfast/Lunch Concept.  We serve fresh, chef inspired made from scratch food in a friendly upbeat atmosphere.
Help us provide our guests with amazing service and “fresh, healthy, delectable homemade foods” that will guarantee return guest visits!

Busser Position Summary:  Berry Fresh Cafe’s Bussers support our Servers in setting up our dining room. Their responsibilities include serving plates, glasses and silverware, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. Bussers are key to ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, working well as a team in providing Guest satisfaction at Berry Fresh Café!

Responsibilities:

Greet all Guests with friendliness & warmth.

Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.

Set table decor, napkins, linens and flowers, etc.

Place tableware and condiments on tables.

Serve water, refill beverages, assist in taking orders.

Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed.

Provide special accommodations to families with young children.

Clean and reset tables after guests leave.

Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Busser or other entry-level restaurant role is a plus.

Ability to multitask, remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance, positive attitude.

Work well in a team environment.

Dependable, reliable means of transportation.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays.

Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.

Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.

Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day.
