We are looking for energetic and motivated Managers with Leadership and can-do attitude!

Ideal Candidates possess the following qualities:

Fully understand the menu, strong knowledge of our products.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Ensure that all customers experience excellent service and consistently receive a quality product.

Open and close the store at specified times. 

Prepare equipment for the workday.

Assist with assigning employees to work the Cash Registers, Smoothie Station, Juicing Station, Food Station, Back Prep Station and Delivery Duty according to skill level and abilities.

Keep area clean and stocked.

Assist where needed to ensure that orders are going out in a timely manner.

Maintain availability and freshness of retail items, bottled juice and other grab n' go options.

Ensure that employees assigned to the cash register count all cash drawers and verify amounts.

Manage orders and inventory for the store.

Provide guidance for Baristas to ensure that tasks are performed correctly.

Cross-train new hires so that all Team Members can perform their jobs in the most knowledgeable and collaborative way.

Confront customer complaints with a resolution so that no customer ever leaves unsatisfied.

Ensure that bathrooms, lobby floor, tables and front door glass clean at all times.
