Dishwasher

Dishwasher Responsibility: The responsibilities of the dishwasher include:

·         Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
·         Put dishes away
·         Take out trash and clean garbage cans
·         Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
·         Put stock away
·         Sweep and mop the back of the house
·         Clean employee bathrooms: scrub sink, scrub toilet, sweep floor, change trash
·         Sweep, scrub, and mop Back of House
·         Sweep parking lot
·         Cut off lids to rotate stock
Secondary Task: BOH will direct. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peel sweet potatoes and onions
