Job Description

Every great team is led by great leaders and as an Assistant Manager (AM), you are essential to our business. A qualified candidate is required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferred previous restaurant management experience. As an (AM) you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Uphold all company standards and lead by example
• Hiring, training, developing, and supervising team members
• Maintain and order inventory for the restaurant
• Maximize restaurant profitability
• Assure that all safety and security procedures are followed within the restaurant
• Build strong customer relationships
• Address performance and other issues quickly
• Good with time management
• Have excellent organizational skills as well as being able to multi-task
• Be able to maintain a high level of energy and positive work environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including: Opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Contribute ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations
