Assistant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is a CHAMPION of the PEOPLE.  These champions laser in on building the team into Guest Service Superstars who want to become Champions in their job.

The ARM supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant, training, performance, and profitability. At the store level, the ARM operates under the direction of the RGM and directly manages a team of Hourly Shift Leads and Team Members.

All management must have a passion for hospitality and customer service, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Positive, adaptable, and guest orientated.
• A minimum of one-year fast food (QSR) management.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting items.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, early mornings, and holidays.
• Servsafe Certification preferred but not required.  Will certify the right candidate.
