We are seeking General Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a BURGER KING Restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of 25-45 workers
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Hiring/Staffing the Restaurant as needed
• Motivate and insure team accomplishes store and company goals
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees to company standards
• Track daily, weekly and monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Work 47-50 hour week
