Burger King - General Manager Job Description

 

We are you looking for General Managers with great customer service, interjected, and motivated for fast food service.   Our Burger King franchise is hiring Managers for our multi-unit restaurants located in Southeastern US..  We are waiting to hear from you!

 

Burger King General Manager (GM) Summary: Responsible for enthusiastically leading and motivating the restaurant team in a Burger King restaurant to achieve the highest levels of customer service satisfaction. The GM ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service, with great food that is promptly delivered in an inviting environment one customer at a time.

Responsibilities:

Supervises trains, motivates and leads employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.

Ensure orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.

Resolves customer complaints.

Ensures restaurant cleanliness.

Inventory monitoring, daily submission of sales, required to eliminate shortages of cash, inventory and waste. 

Ability to manage at peak times in the restaurants.

Works well under pressure.

Ability to count cash on hand at shift change and at closing to determine shortages or overages.

 

Requirements:

Ability to supervise, train and motivate team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good written, verbal and math and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation

English fluency (Bi-lingual a plus)

ServSafe Certification (or will train to become certified)

Minimum 18 years of age.
