Porter/Janitorial

CAM Property Services seeks intrapreneurial individuals to execute our Day Porter growth strategy and janitorial property services to the top commercial property landlords, management companies and facilities throughout Southern California. Duties:

• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
• Sweeps, scrubs, finishes, and polishes floor
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
• Dusts furniture and equipment
• Polishes metalwork
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills
• Empties wastebaskets and empties and cleans ashtrays
• Transports trash and waste to disposal areas
• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or janitorial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Must be able to work outdoors
