Cappza Pizza of Waterville and our new Farmingdale location is searching for energetic and responsible General Staff / Delivery Drivers. We follow an over 40-year family tradition of serving pizza the right way – freshly assembled with quality ingredients. General Staff / Delivery Driver Position Summary: Cappza’s General Staff / Delivery Drivers are responsible for both delivering our quality food products and the in-house daily tasks including: taking guest orders, food prep, ensuring freshness of all products, taking pride in every pizza, every plate served, greeting each customer with a warm welcome! Delivery Drivers are cross-trained to perform these in-store Staff duties.   

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Must be FLEXIBLE to Change that comes with working in a restaurant environment.

Take orders, prep and cook GREAT pizzas that are in-line with Cappza standards.

Operating a point of sale system and cash handling.

Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests.

Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service.

Enthusiastic, reliable individual with confidence and good communication skills.

Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.

Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings.

Possess mental basic math skills.

Night time and weekend schedule flexibility/availability is important.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Have some knowledge of service and food, 6 months to a year of Quick Service restaurant or high volume pizza business.

Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.

Must be able to work days, nights and weekends.

Must have the stamina and availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week. Part-time opportunities as well.
