Perform application production support activities, including user trainings, initial analysis, issue simulation in lower environment, & timely escalation/resolution for all the issues. REQS: Bachelrs degre, or frgn equiv, in Comp Apps, Appld Comp Sci or rld techncl fld & 6 yrs of progressvly respnsble, post-baccalaureate exp as an Apps Supprt Mgr, Sr Consultnt, Associat Consultnt, or cly rld posn involvg app analysis & s/w developmnt. Alterntvly, employr will accept a Masters degre or frgn equiv in the above statd flds & 4 years of exp in above stated posns. Full span of req’d exp must incld: Unix/Linux scriptg (bash /Korn-shell); Structurd query lang (PL- SQL); Incident & prblm mgmt; S/w Develpmnt Lifecycl; WebSphere technolgs; Oracle 9i/10g; & Autosys.
