IT-Application Support Analyst
IT-Application Support Analyst (Morrisville, NC): Provide second level support for applications utilizing the Big Data Cloud Platform hosted on AWS. Work on Control M batch monitoring for data feeds in Windows, UNIX, & Java applications. Perform troubleshooting using Splunk configuration tool, Informatica, & PowerShell scripting. Analyze data feeds for errors or missing information & communicate with stakeholders as needed. Write SQL queries to pull required information from the Oracle developer tool. Apply ITIL Service Management processes, including those related to incident, problem, & change management. Participate in incident management calls supplemented with service interruption notifications. Identify production issues & create problem tickets to monitor production stability. Review weekly releases & interact with Application Development teams regarding post-implementation checkouts, run books, & issues. Participate in service management events such as quarterly maintenance windows & disaster recovery. Utilize the Tableau reporting tool to analyze data & create incident ticket reports.
