As a Dogwood Salary Manager you will:

Be a strong team leader, recognizing and rewarding excellence, having the ability to rise above stress and be a great problem solver.

Have excellent communication skills, engaging with guests and working well with staff in leading them to work as an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Be engaged in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the restaurant: inventory, staffing, marketing.

Be responsible for getting guests and staff excited about their experience at Dogwood.

Be at least 21 years old, communicate effectively with others, write routine reports, speak effectively before groups and be committed to making an impact.
