Bus Person Job Details:

As part of the Elsa’s Team, the Bus Person will take pride in providing exceptional service to our Guests while performing the following duties and responsibilities. 

• ·  Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables, setting decor, condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils, etc.
• ·  Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• ·  Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• ·  Supports wait staff by delivering/restocking chips and salsa.
• ·  Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping and/or vacuuming floors; removing trash and recyclables from the facility.
• ·  Communicates with guests on a friendly professional level.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Professional appearance, positive attitude
• Work well in a team environment
• Dependable, reliable means of transportation
• Reliable and flexible with work schedule, work days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Strong focus on detailed cleanliness
•  Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills
• Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time
•  Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Education and Experience Requirements:

·      High School Diploma/GED acquired or in progress.

·      Food Handlers Card is preferred / Restaurant experience preferred
