Vacation Rental Cleaner

There are 4 suites above the Faling Rock Cafe & Bookstore. 

This is a position that requires a degree of organization and time management.

Duties will include: 

General cleaning of each unit during turnover including: changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming/mopping, etc. 

Washing linens at our on-site laundry station.

Maintaining cleaning supply inventory.

This position has a largely sporadic schedule type. Check out is 11am and check-in is 4pm so efficient operation is a must. 

Pay is 40$/ unit. Additional pay could be negotiated if interested in managing the AirBnB app.

Additional work could also be available in the Cafe downstairs.

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Position is ideal for someone who prefers to work individually or with a limited number of people.

·       A high standard of cleanliness is an absolute must.

Essential Physical Requirement:

·       May need to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

·       Able to carry up to 20 lbs over short or medium distances

·       Bending, walking, lifting.
