QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST - Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in developing policies and procedures to operate more efficiently and effectively. Plan study of marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction related problems and procedures. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding using working knowledge of the following tools: Excel, Google Analytics, Monster Insights, WordPress, Thrive Leads and Facebook Business Manager. Coordinate operations to develop and implement records management programs to ensure proper monitoring of relevant KPIs in real-time. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new policies, procedures and organizational changes. Confer with company personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented policies and procedures. REQS: 3 yrs of exp in the job or in senior executive positions dealing with marketing, sales, and customer satisfaction operations, as well as development of policies and procedures.
