Cashier Position Summary:

A Mamma Mia Cashier is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service and processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to connect with our amazing guests, impact our growing business, and most importantly, proudly serve the local community.  This is an opportunity to provide unparalleled customer service to each of our guests. Part-time and full-time positions available. 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

As Cashier you will have a thorough knowledge of the Mamma Mia menu.

Accurately and efficiently process transactions and accurately maintain all cash and media at the POS.

Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate guest requests to management.

Must have warm, engaging communication/people skills.

Food service or retail experience preferred, not required.

Basic food safety understanding and practice

Minimum age – 16 years of age.
