Job Duties
  • Organize and oversee the Working Fund and Travel section of the Comptroller's Office
  • Manage the travel card program and expand it throughout the Morgan community
  • Assess the timely processing of transactions and implement processes or technology to improve responsiveness
  • Ensure State compliance reports are submitted timely and accurately
  • Maintain appropriate website information. Institute collection efforts when necessary for overdue travel, non-travel expense reports and salary advances
  • Supervise and review the receipt and issuance of travel authorizations to the University community and designated travel agency
Requested Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field from an accredited college or university. At least five (5) or more years of supervisory experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Must be well-organized and able to multi-task
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have great written and oral communication skills

Other Preferences for Consideration

  • Travel experience is a plus
