Qualifications
· Demonstrated Sales experience, including team development.
· Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
· English; additional languages an advantage.
Sales Director Responsibilities
· The Sales Director is responsible for managing the activity of Pure Culture's Sales Team.
· Builds and manages the growth of Sales Team Members.
· Works directly with marketing firm to develop business.
· Oversees all sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format "off premise" stores.
· Fully understands and teaches the basics of the Pure Culture Spirits, the brand and products.
· Establishes and maintains friendly and professional relationships with customers and vendors to develop business.
Job Description
· Setting Sales targets.
· Analyzing Sales data.
· Perform strategic planning for the Sales Team.
· Demonstrating to the Team a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with pure executional standards.
Weekly Preparation
· Utilize and make available to Team all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing.)
· Focus on leading team in the following areas: sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
Sales Director Base Pay: $43,200 Plus Commission
