A Beverage Sales Representative, quite simply, sells products and represents their brand. They manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. It’s a career that’s largely performance-driven. Compensation Package:
· Commission Pay $1.50 per bottle
· Bonus pay (50) locations $1,000
· (100) locations $2,000
· Base pay $150 weekly
· Signing bonus $50
Job Highlights
Qualifications
· Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
· English; additional languages an advantage.
Responsibilities
· This is a (90-day) training role, required to prepare you for a Sales Territory Manager role.
· Required Hours: Tuesday–Thursday 10AM to 6PM, Friday 10AM to 2PM.
· The STM will work with Sales management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format "off premise" stores.
· Understand and learn the basics of Pure Culture Company, the brand and products.
· Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling.
Weekly Preparation
· Obtain all tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing.)
· Focus on the following areas: sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
Job Description
· The STM works to build customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format "off premise" stores.
· The STM must effectively service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with pure executional standards.
