S.E.B Security - Loss Prevention Agent Job Description

Starting Pay up to $16.00 - $20/Hour Depending on Experience

S.E.B. Security is looking for full time and part time Loss Prevention / Asset Protection Agents to work at various retail locations.  Applicants may be assigned to a single or multiple retail sites and need to be flexible with their schedule willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays if needed.  All applicants must have reliable transportation, willing to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.  Must be hard working, self-motivated, punctual and exercise good judgment.  Applicants will be in plain cloths serving to detect, apprehend, deter potential shoplifters in a retail setting utilizing floor observation techniques.  Have the ability to complete all necessary reports utilizing computer and/or smart phone technology.  Must have the ability to attend all court hearings as needed and will be compensated for time.  All applicants must have at least 1 year of retail and apprehension experience, pass a criminal background check and drug screening, be eligible to work in the U.S. and possess a security license if required.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
