Siemens Industry Software Inc. seeks Software Engineer - Senior [MULTIPLE POSITIONS] for its Wilsonville, OR location. Work on Inverse Lithography Technology (ILT). Perform Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and proper Sub-resolution Assist Feature (SRAF) placement given a desired wafer target. Complete optimization and gradients and computational geometry to enforce Mask Rule Checking (MRC) to ensure the resultant mask is manufacturable. Support ILT tool (pxOPC).
