Salad Prep Position Summary: Soho’s is seeking a creative and conscientious Salad Prep candidate who is familiar and comfortable with restaurant kitchen procedures. The Restaurant Salad Prep role is responsible for the timely preparation and exhibition assembly of a fresh quality salad product, ensuring Guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Cleaning/prepping vegetables and fruit.

Mixing ingredients.

Preparing plates of vegetables.

Preparing dressings and replenishing supplies.  

Comply with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and follow established food production programs and procedures.

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Must have strong knife skills.

Must be able to follow written recipes and order tickets.

Demonstrated 1+ year of full service restaurant kitchen/cooking experience.

Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands.

Dependable transportation.
