Procurement Systems and Operations Manager
Essential Functions:

System Implementation
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of system implementation projects within the supply chain and procurement domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes and technologies.

Process Improvement
  • Evaluate current supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement process enhancement initiatives to optimize workflows and streamline operations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements that align with organizational goals.

Information System Management
  • Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of information systems related to supply chain and procurement activities.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of information systems.

Continuous Monitoring and Reporting
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of system implementations and process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze data to generate regular reports, offering insights into the performance of supply chain and procurement systems.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in system implementation and process improvement within supply chain and procurement.
  • Strong understanding of information system management principles and practices.
  • SQL and report writing skills will be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.

Benefits:
  • Pay $70,000 to $100,000* p/yr
