Taco Casa is seeking customer service and results oriented Lobby Staff for our community oriented fast-casual restaurant. Serving up “Real Fresh, Real Food, Real Good,” Mexican food, Taco Casa invites you to bring your enthusiasm and join our team in providing excellent service, keeping our guests coming back!

Lobby Position Summary:  Our Lobby Staff take pride in every taco and burrito served, greeting each customer with a warm welcome! Daily tasks include: maintaining the standards for Taco Casa’s restaurant image, setting up/maintaining of supplies, taking and preparing guest orders, maintaining a safe work environment, - all key components of the restaurant’s success ensuring Guest satisfaction at Taco Casa!

Requirements/Qualifications:

Greets and services all guests with a sincere smile, making them feel welcome through a positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude and interaction.

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

Cleans and organizes work stations and other assigned areas.

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Ability to work on your feet for 6 or more hours a day.

Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
