If you are a team player, can remain calm under pressure, are empathetic and patient, and can smile while on the phone (it really does make a difference), we are looking for YOU! We are a 24/7/365 communications hub seeking PART- or FULL-time operators to work in our office on all shifts. Whether you are looking to schedule your work hours around home, school or other commitments or you need a more traditional work schedule, Towne may have just the flexibility you need.
Requirements include solid computer proficiency, ability to type 25+ wpm accurately, and the ability to work 1 weekend day each week and rotating holidays.
There is potential to grow in this position. You earn PTO, receive shift differentials for overnights/ weekend hours and holiday pay. Benefits are offered to those working 30+ hours weekly.
