We’re hiring!! The Ugly Grouper is looking for friendly faces to spread the ‘Ugly Spirit’ and become a part of our restaurant's growing retail division!

Retail Associate Position Summary:  Ugly Grouper Retail Associates work as part time associates who provide stellar customer service while promoting our retail clothing line - the coolest clothes on the island. 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Must be personable, reliable, highly organized, and self-motivated. 

Good conversational skills - demonstrates outgoing warm personality.

Able to take direction and multi-task.

Works well in a Team environment.

Desire to grow and learn within the restaurant /hospitality industry.

Some retail experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable transportation required.
