Shift

Primarily days Monday – Friday Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; and additional hours as needed.

Job Summary

This position supports the Department of Health Management & Policy ( HMP) as the primary point of contact, and the Master of Health Administration ( MHA) program director as needed. Assists the departmental manager with financial responsibilities including procurement, travel arrangements, and account reconciliation while maintaining internal records. Provides clerical support for the department including printing/copying, maintaining office supplies, taking meeting minutes, limited faculty class prep, and event or meeting coordination.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SAP, and Qualtrics.

Preferred Education/Experience

Associate's degree plus two or more years of related experience preferred.
