Job Description

The Research Specialist Lead will provide technical assistance and support to staff of identified primary clinics to implement evidence- based interventions to improve rates of childhood and adolescent immunizations. Support will be in the form of face-to-face meetings, telephone consultations, and video conferencing.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

-Deliver technical assistance and support to staff of identified primary care clinics throughout Missouri.
-Collect assessment and evaluation data from study clinics.
-Attend and participate in project planning and strategy meetings.
-Coordinate and collaborate with Washington University Practice facilitator, who is also working on this project

Shift

40 Hours per week

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a health-related area. MD, doctorate, or MPH degree – preferred. 4 years working in medical/healthcare settings in either a direct care, administrative oversight, or research capacity

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $51,875 - $79,354 Annually
GGS Grade: GGS-09E
University Title: SENIOR RESEARCH SPECIALIST
