General Manager
As the General Manager (GM), you will work with the Back of the House Manager to oversee all operations in the building. This position leads a complex mix of departments and staff working together: two bar and serving crews, a carryout and delivery operation, floor managers, food runners, bussers, dishwashers, cashiers, hosts, and security.
The work schedule is 50-60 hours per week with a general schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, with some additional meetings and coverage duties.
